The New
Century Scholarship Program
is an outstanding opportunity for
Itineris Early College High School
students. The amount of Concurrent
Enrollment offerings at our school and
our proximity to Salt Lake Community
College makes getting college
credit convenient. For eligible students,
the
New Century
Scholarship Program provides
tuition assistance for up to 60 credit
hours, at a level of either:
-75% of the
student’s tuition at any of Utah’s
public institutions offering bachelor’s
programs, OR
-75% of the
average state tuition if a student
attends Brigham Young University or
Westminster College.
-a student
must achieve a "B” (3.0) average each
semester to maintain the scholarship.
To qualify
for the New Century Scholarship,
students must complete by September 1st
of the year that they graduate from high
school, with a cumulative 3.0 GPA,
either:
-an
associate’s degree, OR
-the
Regents’ approved equivalent of an
associate’s degree, OR
-the
Regents’ approved math and science
curriculum.
Students
should familiarize themselves with all
of the details of the program
requirements that are explained in
this brochure
from the Utah System of Higher
Education.
